Oct 2012 Boss picks up points as a junior puppy
*Sept 2012 - Gem becomes a champion with back to back best of breeds
MAY 2012 - Gem goes Best of Breed in Tantramar Show for one more point.
- Feb 2012 - Gem made her ring debut as a puppy, and went Best of Winners for her first 2 points.
- November 12/13 2011 - So proud of my Bullie girl. Ch.Lady Olivia CGN PCD RN can now add CD to her name. Olivia went back to back qualifying scores to earn her companion Dog Title.
- November 12 2011 - Very proud to announce that Aldercrest Miss Smartie Pants CGN PCD TT SJATD RN can now add RA to her name. This girl finished her Rally Advanced title with a 91. Thank you A Saulnier for handling this girl to her win.
- October 28 2011 - Island Show - Very happy to announce that Ch.VeGrenan's Trapped Ina Moment CGN PCD can now add RN to her name. Appy and her mom Heather went back to back qualifying scores (92 and 91) in Rally Novice to obtain her title.
- September 25 2011 - Sunny Corner Show - So proud of Rumor - She went back to back Best of Breed and a Group 4rth to finish her Championship in fine style. Thank you Judge R Fehler for recognizing this girl and thank you to A Sauliner for steering her to her Ch and for H Smith for the group placing.
- September 25 2011 - Sunny Corner Show, Nina goes Winners female for 1 point. Handled as always by H Smith.
- August 25 2011 - Very pleased to announce the arrival of Bullstock's The Black Pearl "Gem" - I have huge hopes for this Brindle cutie - Thank you so much to Ian and Mary for entrusting me with this pretty girl.
- August 13 2011 - Island Show - Nina went Best of Winners for another 2 points. Handled as always by H Smith.
- Aug 12 2011 - Announcing the planned breeding of Smartie to Trapper this fall.
- July 16 2011 - Bathurst Dog Show - Nina goes reserve Winners female but the Super Star of the day was Oliva - she passed the first leg of her CD on her first try with a score of 186.

- May 24 2011 - Olivia has produced 11 beautiful bullie babies. So far everyone is doing well. Inquiries welcome.
- May 8 2011 - Proud to say the Ch VeGrenan's Trapped Ina Moment CGN can now add PCD to her name. Passed all three legs this weekend in Moncton. Very proud of her and her owner Heather Smith. Also today, Nina went Reserve Winners Female.
- May 4 2011 - Happy to announce that Olivia is officially pregnant. Due end of May. Inquiries welcome.
- April 23 2011 - Happy to report Edward can now add OVC hip and elbow to his credit.
- Mar 28 2011 - Happy to report that Smartie has received a rating of OFA GOOD.
- 2010 - VeGrenan ends the show year with 12 new titles!!!!!!
- Nov 13/14 2010 - Moncton Shows - What a way to end the show year. Saturday Nov 13 - VeGrenan's Aiko the Terrible RA, Ch.VeGrenan's Trapped Ina Moment AND the "problem child" Ch.Miss Vivian of VeGrenan all passed their Canine Good Neighbour test to earn their CGN Title.......AND Miss Vivian went three for three and passed the last leg of her Rally Novice B by going Second Highest in Class with a 93 to earn her RN Title......and Nina went Best Puppy in Breed. --- On Sunday, Aldercrest Miss Nina VeGrenan won the Senior Puppy Class and went on to take Winners Bitch for the points, Best Puppy in Breed and Best of Opposite.
- Oct 29 2010 - PEI Shows - So proud and happy to say that my "baby" Vivian passed her first two tries at her Rally Novice B Title - she went second Highest in Class on the first day - and fourth Highest in Class on the second day. Keeping fingers crossed she can pull off one more.
- Oct 9 2010 - Truro Dog Show - NSGSDC TT Trials - I am very happy to say that my little female GSD "Smartie" passed her Temperament Evaluation this past weekend with flying colors.....she was hugs - kisses and grrrrrr's in all the right places.

Sept 26 2010 - Sunny Corner Show - Nina picked up her first points at only her second show by going Best of Breed, Best Puppy Breed and a Group 3rd. Way to go - very promising start for this little junior puppy.

Sept 25 2010 - Sunny Corner Show - Rumor is now a Multi Best in Breed, Multi Best Puppy In Breed, Group Placing young girl - she picked up two more points going Best Of Breed, Best Puppy Breed and Group 3rd!!!!!!

Sept 4 2010 - Halifax Show - Happy to say that Smartie passed the second leg of her Rally Advanced.
- August 28 2010 - Glace Bay Show - excellent day - despite being injured I managed to hobble around the ring well enough to have my "Baby" Miss Vivian go Best of Winners and Best of Opposite for her last point and her Championship. I am sooooo proud of this little girl...she is the true apple of my eye. Also, in the afternoon show, Edward went Best of Winners for his final point and his Championship. Way to go guys!!!
- August 24 2010 - The shocker of the show today was my little junior puppy GSD Rumor picked up another point by going Best Of Opposite/Best Puppy Breed over some very impressive Specials.
- August 24 2010 - So proud to say that one of my puppies - VeGrenan's Aiko the Terrible RA (owned/trained/loved by H Smith) obtained his Rally Advanced Title today. Aiko went back to back to back High In Class to get this. Congrats to him and his mom.
- August 21 2010 - I am so very proud of three of my girls today. First, Olivia has earned her Rally Novice B Title today in fine style by ending up Third in Class, with a score of 96 out of a huge class of 13 . She earned this title in three straight trials. Secondly, Smartie now has her PCD title. Thirdly, Rumor took Best Puppy in Breed at the Maritime Group Seven Specialty.
- August 9 2010 - It is with very heavy heart that I say Good Bye to my Priscilla today. Cancer has taken my young girl. I always thought she was a busy dog and sometimes just went a little over board in her antics....but now I know - she was just trying to pack a lifetime of living into 13 months. I miss you already...RIP.
- July 10/11 2010 - Wow - What a weekend! Saturday - Miss Vivian goes Best of Winners and Best of Opposite both shows and picked up 4 points...Smartie passes a leg of her PCD...Rumor took Best of Breed over Specials for her first 2 points at only 6 months 5 days old...Olivia went 2nd high in Class Rally Novice B with a score of 98...AND...Sunday - Priscilla went Winners Female/Best of Opposite for 1 point in the morning show...Miss Vivian went Winners Female/Best of Opposite in the afternoon show for 1 point...Smartie passed her first leg of Rally Advanced... Rumor went Winners Female for another 2 points...and Olivia went High in Class Rally Novice B with a score of 99.July 4 2010 - Great news!!!! VeGrenan took one week off from the shows and came back full force. I am so proud to say that my boy VeGrenan's Aiko the Terrible RN (owned and handled by Heather Smith) earned back to back High in Class Rally Advanced at the Nova Scotia German Shepherd Specialty on his first attempt at this level.
- June 19/20 2010 - PEI Shows proved to be another very successful weekend for VeGrenan dogs. Edward picked up 3 points. Priscilla picked up 1 point. AND.......I am SOOOOO proud of the "Baby" ( Vivian ) as she went Best Of Winners Saturday afternoon and picked up her 2 point major.
- June 12/13 2010 - VeGrenan had another very successful weekend. At the Oromocto Dog Show, Appy finished her Championship under judge Jack Ireland going winners female for 2 points. Priscilla went Best of Winners Sunday morning and Winners Female Sunday afternoon - picking up another 2 points. Edward went Best of Winners both shows on Saturday for 2 points and Best of Winners Sunday afternoon for another 2 points.
- June 6 2010 - So proud and happy to announce that Olivia has gone 3 for 3 and now has her PCD. Third leg obtained at Lunenburg show.
- June 4 2010 - Excellent news! Very proud to announce that Smartie, under the guidance of her Auntie April, passed the requirements to become a certified Therapy Dog under the Saint John Ambulance Program. She was the youngest dog at the test and performed expertly.
- May 29/30 2010 - Had an excellent weekend at the Beresford Show. Appy picked up 5 points going Best of Winners one show and Best of Breed in the second show - handled as always by Heather. Olivia finished her Championship by going Winners Female and Best of Opposite. Priscilla has earned her first 4 points and Edward has earned his first 2 points, allowing them both to get their majors out of the way. I would like to thank April and Kyle for their help with the dogs on Sat and Alan and Brenda for their help on Sunday.
- May 15 2010 - Olivia passed the second leg of her PCD.
- May 9 2010 - So proud to say that Lady Olivia CGN passed the first leg of her PCD title.
- May 8 2010 - Proud to say that JBEE n VeGrenan's Johnny Be Good CGN PCD RN ( AKA Hunter )can now add Rally Advanced to his name. Yeahhh - way to go April and Hunter.
- May 2 2010 - Very proud of VeGrenan's Aiko the Terrible RN for finishing his first race, and 10km one at that, in 1 hour 10 minutes. He and his owner Heather finished their first race in fine style. Way to go guys!!!!

- April 17 2010 - Trenton Show - Excellent day - Olivia went Best of Winners to pick up 3 points. Priscilla went Best Puppy in Breed. Edward went Reserve Winners male being handled by his "auntie".
- March 20 2010 - Had a great Sat at the MKC Fun Match - Smartie qualified at Novice B (handled as always by April) Olivia qualified her PCD , Edward took BOB, Gr3rd ( handled by his auntie ) and Appy took Best in Show ( handled by Heather ) - now, if the doggies could take this to real shows I would be rockin!!
- Feb 13/14 2010 - Halifax Show - So proud to say that my girl Smartie earned her RN title (with High in Class) on Saturday and the first leg of her PCD on Sunday. Not bad for a puppy still under 1 year. Huge thank you to her Auntie April for all the hard work and to Colleen for allowing this beauty into my life. Keep watching for Smartie in the Obedience rings throughout 2010.
- January 26, 2010 - Trapper has sired two beautiful female pups with at Aldercrest Kennels - Looking forward to having a new beautiful baby girl coming to live with us in eight weeks.
- January 5, 2010 - Uva has had her puppies. Mamma and babies are doing well.
- Nov 14/15 2009 - Had a great weekend at the Moncton Dog Show - What a way to end the show year.
- 1. Olivia and Smartie both earned their CGN title
- 2. Olivia went Winners Female Sat for one point and then went Best of Winners on Sunday for her two point major.
- 3. The "Baby" - Vivian went back to back Best Puppy in Breed and Reserve Winners Female earning a large Rosette Ribbon from the Working Group Booster.
- 4. Smartie earned the first two legs of her RN title with a score of 94 and 89. Very nice work for a 7 month old puppy - huge thank you to her Auntie April
- 5. Appy went Winners Female on Sunday for two points - Handled as always by Heather
- October 31, 2009 - Very proud of the "baby". Miss Vivian took winners female, picking up a point, and puppy breed at the Island show.

- August 29 2009 - Miss Vivian goes Best Puppy in Breed both shows at the Glace Bay dog show and takes Winners Female and Best of Opposite Sex in the afternoon show to pick up her first point. Very proud of the "baby".

- July 1 2009 - My dear Slider passed away this morning. She was one of a kind and I will miss her dearly.

April 9 2009 - Gomer has passed away. He is very sadly missed, he was a true ambassador of the breed his whole life....there will never be another like him.

March 7 2009 - Olivia takes a Gr 3rd at the MKC fun match and VeGrenan's Aiko the Terrible takes third place for Rally Novice on his first time in a ring ever!! Look for him in the real rings soon!
